How we use information

We use personal information to answer service questions, respond to project enquiries, discuss and provide requested technology services, operate and secure the website, remember privacy choices, improve our services where permitted, meet legal obligations and manage our business relationship with you.

AI assistant and project enquiries

If the Ask InnoSwift assistant is available and you choose to use it, your chat message is transmitted through our website server to OpenAI to generate a response about InnoSwift services or the project process. The assistant is informational and should not be used to share passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information.

If you submit the assistant's project enquiry form, we use the name, email address, company information and project description you provide to respond to your request. Enquiries are delivered to our team by website email and are not stored as a lead database by the assistant plugin.

Consent and your choices

We seek meaningful consent where required. Optional cookie categories are not authorized through this website until you make a selection in the cookie preference centre. You may change your cookie choices at any time using the Manage Cookies link in the footer.

You may withdraw consent for future uses of personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us.

Disclosure and service providers

We may share information with service providers that help operate our business, such as website hosting, email, security, OpenAI when you use the AI assistant, and professional service providers.
